What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow to track underwriting goals and KPIs
- 2Design month end reviews and manage utility billbacks through YES Energy
- 3Lead quarterly lender reporting including financials and green loan compliance
- 4Coordinate investor distributions and perform quarterly analysis
- 5Prepare executive presentations and maintain documentation and SOPs
- 6Support operations team during site visits to align with asset management goals
- 7Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to annual capital planning
- 8Debug financial discrepancies and analyze budget variance
- 9Scale reporting processes to improve efficiency across the portfolio
- 10Own the asset management strategy for multi-family properties
- 11Streamline documentation practices and implement standardized workflows
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in real estate finance or related analytical roles
- 3Bachelor’s degree in finance real estate business administration or related field
- 4Familiarity with Yardi or other property management accounting software
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Powerpoint and data analysis tools
- 6Understanding of real estate financial concepts such as NOI CAPEX and budget variance analysis
