Signorelli Company seeks an Asset Management Analyst to drive financial performance and strategic oversight of its commercial real estate portfolio. This role focuses on property value optimization through proactive collaboration with third-party management teams and rigorous financial analysis.
What You'll Do13
- 1Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate existing assets
- 2Review and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for commercial assets
- 3Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets and prior periods
- 4Collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure timely month-end close and reconciliation processes
- 5Assist in preparing annual property budgets and periodic reforecasts
- 6Track and report capital expenditures aligned with capital plans
- 7Monitor property performance metrics such as NOI occupancy leasing activity and capital improvements
- 8Support preparation of hold/sell analyses valuations and strategic recommendations
- 9Participate in periodic asset reviews recommending operational or financial improvements
- 10Serve as liaison between ownership and third-party property management firms
- 11Review property-level financial packages provided by managers ensuring adherence to lease terms budgets and operational best practices
- 12Identify and implement improvements in accounting and asset management workflows
- 13Support internal audits property inspections and compliance initiatives
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Real Estate or related field
- 32–4 years relevant experience in real estate accounting asset management or financial analysis
- 4Exposure to commercial real estate retail office industrial is a plus
- 5Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
