OSI Systems seeks an Assembly & Test Operator to assemble electronic components under a microscope using tweezers. This full‑time position in Los Angeles offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 hourly. The role involves performing multiple tests and maintaining detailed documentation while upholding integrity and teamwork.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble electronic components from written to oral instructions under a microscope using tweezers
- 2Conduct DC and PIND tests
- 3Perform Constant Acceleration and Differential VBE analysis
- 4Execute Temp Test and other specified processing tests
- 5Carry out Laser Mark Solder Dip X‑Ray Leak Test and external visual mechanical checks
- 6Create original documents reports and spreadsheets interpreting provided information
- 7Report quality issues to management for corrective action
- 8Maintain a clean organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Relevant manufacturing experience preferred
- 3Familiarity with optical inspection eutectic die attach and ultrasonic wire bonding
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Internet and email programs
- 5Ability to work with tweezers microscopes chemicals solder and maintain manual dexterity
- 6Clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
- 7Strong verbal written communication critical thinking and detail orientation
- 8Ability to multitask independently and meet deadlines within first three months
