What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble electronic components from written to oral instructions under a microscope using tweezers
  • 2Conduct DC and PIND tests
  • 3Perform Constant Acceleration and Differential VBE analysis
  • 4Execute Temp Test and other specified processing tests
  • 5Carry out Laser Mark Solder Dip X‑Ray Leak Test and external visual mechanical checks
  • 6Create original documents reports and spreadsheets interpreting provided information
  • 7Report quality issues to management for corrective action
  • 8Maintain a clean organized work area and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2Relevant manufacturing experience preferred
  • 3Familiarity with optical inspection eutectic die attach and ultrasonic wire bonding
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Internet and email programs
  • 5Ability to work with tweezers microscopes chemicals solder and maintain manual dexterity
  • 6Clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
  • 7Strong verbal written communication critical thinking and detail orientation
  • 8Ability to multitask independently and meet deadlines within first three months
