What You'll Do9

  • 5Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory management
  • 6Set up equipment and follow safety protocols for tooling and fixtures
  • 7Perform mechanical inspections and torque verification on assemblies
  • 8Communicate progress and challenges to cross‑functional partners
  • 9Drive continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements

Requirements9

  • 11 year of RF or mechanical assembly experience
  • 2Strong understanding of hand and semi‑automated tool usage
  • 3Proficiency with spreadsheet software and document handling
  • 4Ability to lift 50 pounds and adhere to safety standards
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 6Experience with electrical and mechanical testing equipment
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent preferred
