What You'll Do10
- 1Set up and modify assembly and printing lines per customer specs
- 2Debug mechanical electrical and process issues during production
- 3Conduct preventive maintenance to boost equipment uptime
- 4Disassemble jobs and reset equipment for next runs
- 5Collaborate with Quality and Production teams for output consistency
- 6Follow Lean and 5S practices to organize workspaces
- 7Use sonic welders hot stampers printers ovens sealers hand tools grinders soldering irons pneumatic systems pallet jacks forklifts
- 8Maintain forklift certification or obtain quickly
- 9Demonstrate self motivation and strong attention to quality safety
- 10Stand tall lift up to 70 lbs occasionally operate machinery safely
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing assembly and printing operations
- 3Forklift experience or willingness to certify
- 4Self-motivated with solid quality safety focus
- 5Industrial manufacturing environment comfort standing walking bending
- 6PPE required including safety glasses hearing protection
- 7Lean 5S knowledge preferred
- 8Strong communication problem solving abilities
