Assembly Technician AM - HVAC Production
Overview
Lead the assembly of Air International’s products including HVAC systems and cooling components. Own production quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment. Deliver results through proactive problem solving and teamwork.
What You'll Do9
- 1Read work instructions and operator manuals to execute tasks accurately
- 2Assemble sub-assemblies from components according to specifications
- 3Operate power tools to secure product assemblies
- 4Label and tag products for proper packaging
- 5Package finished goods correctly and track progress on production boards
- 6Report mechanical or material issues to the team leader immediately
- 7Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- 8Work weekends and overtime based on customer demand
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in manufacturing environments
- 3High school diploma or equivalent education
- 4Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 5Experience with safety protocols in industrial settings
- 6Proficiency with hand tools and machinery
- 7Knowledge of basic electrical systems
- 8Commitment to quality control standards
- 9Reliable transportation to and from work site
