Overview
Lead a team of hourly staff to ensure safety, quality, attendance, and on time delivery at an Amazon Operations site. Manage performance and engage associates during shifts while collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR. Grow through a network expanding new sites with continuous improvement and customer impact.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead and motivate hourly workforce to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
- 2Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to develop plans meeting objectives
- 3Coordinate shift coverage, training, and performance feedback for ongoing improvement
- 4Drive adherence to standard workflows across First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile operations
- 5Monitor metrics and implement process improvements to enhance customer delivery accuracy and timeliness
Requirements5
- 12+ years of employee and performance management experience
- 2Bachelor`s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- 3Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 4Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- 5Ability to work in variable temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor loading environments
Salary Insight
$70 - $91k per year
