What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead and develop salaried and hourly teams to achieve safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals
  • 2Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing in partnership with other leaders
  • 3Drive data-driven improvements in productivity and throughput across multiple sites
  • 4Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to implement plans that meet business objectives
  • 5Manage large-scope projects with site and regional impact to optimize operations
  • 6Monitor customer delivery promises and ensure orders arrive on time and at the right location
  • 7Lift up to 49 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing as needed
  • 8Maintain adaptability in environments with variable noise, temperatures, and weather
  • 9Support continuous professional growth through annual site expansions and new site launches
  • 10Provide mentorship and motivation to a diverse workforce to sustain high performance

Requirements6

  • 13+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • 2Bachelor`s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • 3Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • 4Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • 5Experience managing teams of 2+ salaried and 70+ indirect employees
  • 6Experience scoping and implementing process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
