- 28Experience overseeing program operations scheduling safety compliance and risk management
- 29Knowledge of budgeting payroll administration and financial management principles

- 39Must obtain Certified Pool Operator CPO certification within three months
- 40YMCA Lifeguard Instructor Trainer and Swim Lesson Instructor trainer certifications preferred
- 41Familiarity with aquatic management scheduling registration and program management software
