Lead consultants design and deliver wincap timekeeping implementations for K-12 districts ensuring accurate payroll integration. Own end-to-end deployment from kickoff to go-live while collaborating with payroll teams. Provide engaging training and drive process improvements. Travel up to 30% supporting districts across New York and beyond.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead implementations of WinCap Timekeeping guiding districts from kickoff through go-live
- 2Configure time clock settings and setup as part of client deployments
- 3Serve as lead consultant solving problems with minimal supervision
- 4Partner with payroll and business office teams to align system configuration
- 5Deliver training sessions for staff supervisors and administrators both remote and onsite
- 6Help clients streamline time collection approvals and payroll integration
- 7Identify opportunities to improve accuracy efficiency and automation
- 8Build trusted relationships acting as go-to advisor for school districts
- 9Use project management tools to track completed work and meetings
- 10Develop product knowledge to support future Harris School Solutions solutions
Requirements7
- 1Required experience with timekeeping payroll or ERP systems implementation or operational use
- 2Knowledge of K-12 school district environments with strong New York experience preferred
- 3Understanding of payroll processes time collection rules and approvals
- 4Confidence delivering training and working directly with end users
- 5Strong communication skills and consultative problem-solving mindset
- 6Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality timelines and attention to detail
- 7Travel up to 30% primarily remote requiring occasional in-person visits
