What You'll Do11
- 1Act as liaison between COE’s global payroll teams HRIT and HRIS stakeholders
- 2Participate in cross-functional initiatives affecting payroll
- 3Develop best practices and controls with manager
- 4Support production issues related to payroll and timekeeping
- 5Coordinate testing for projects and enhancements
- 6Lead HR Service Center through training and guidance
- 7Apply comprehensive knowledge to perform varied tasks and projects
- 8Contribute to policy development and procedure creation
- 9Lead complex projects of large scope
- 10Develop technical solutions to difficult problems
- 11Mentor less experienced colleagues
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred 4+ years payroll and timekeeping
- 2Experience with Workday timekeeping strongly preferred
- 3Experience with multi-state and country knowledge
- 4Familiarity with benefits open enrollments and timekeeping regulations
- 5FPC Certification preferred
- 6Back-to-work status and relevant experience required
