What You'll Do5
- 1Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair diverse appliances such as refrigerators washers dryers dishwashers and microwaves
- 2Provide exceptional customer service ensuring satisfaction through efficient and accurate repairs
- 3Maintain and organize company vehicles while managing parts inventory effectively
- 4Perform other assigned duties related to equipment maintenance and service
- 5Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and improve operational standards
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or general education degree with EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
- 2Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through experience repairing home appliances
- 3Valid driver’s license for California and ability to travel up to 100 percent of scheduled hours
- 4Physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
- 5Strong communication skills in English and proficiency with digital tools for documentation and scheduling
- 6Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals to resolve complex issues
- 7Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
