Overview
You'll own the full repair cycle for home appliances in the Tampa area, from diagnosis to final fix. Work with a team that values your craft and your time, with no nights or weekends. You'll become the face of the company, delivering customer service that builds trust. This role offers paid training through the Mr. Appliance Academy and a path from Apprentice to Master Technician.
What You'll Do6
- 1Diagnose and repair home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- 2Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them clearly to customers.
- 3Order parts and manage inventory to maximize efficiency on each job.
- 4Collect payment for services and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- 5Drive a company vehicle to customer locations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- 6Keep up with new appliance models and features through ongoing training and research.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 3Pass a background check and drug screening.
- 41+ years of experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- 6Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- 7Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
