Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) - Morguard
Overview
Responsible for resolving work orders and completing preventative maintenance while supporting daily onsite operations. You will assist residents with minor repairs and collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician. This role ensures our apartment communities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
What You'll Do10
- 1Assess root causes of work orders and close them promptly
- 2Walk properties daily to identify and remove debris
- 3Respond to assigned tasks in a timely manner
- 4Maintain communication with supervisors regarding project timelines
- 5Follow company policies and safety regulations
- 6Adhere to federal state and local laws related to community operations
- 7Drive vehicle for after hours or weekend emergencies
- 8Participate in on-call rotation to handle emergencies
- 9Close vacant units by preparing them for new residents
- 10Work with supervisor on special projects and routine maintenance
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required
- 3Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- 4EPA Certification required
- 5CPO Certification required
- 6Experience with plumbing drywall repair painting carpentry appliance repair pressure cleaning minor electric troubleshooting
