What You'll Do8
- 1Repair facilities and grounds per work orders, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical.
- 2Prepare vacated apartments for new residents within 48 hours, completing unit turns with precision.
- 3Clear drains, fix toilets, and replace water heaters, dealing with common plumbing issues.
- 4Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage doors, restoring functionality.
- 5Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call schedule, ensuring safety.
- 6Perform snow removal and groundskeeping tasks, keeping the neighborhood safe and clean.
- 7Paint, patch drywall, and handle carpentry tasks to maintain property appearance.
- 8Track all work orders using smartphones and tablets, documenting actions taken.
Requirements8
- 11 year of general maintenance experience, including HVAC and plumbing.
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site duties.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4HVAC Certification (preferred).
- 5Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- 6Apartment maintenance experience, including unit turns (preferred).
- 7Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers for work order systems.
- 8Capability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders for overhead repairs.
