What You'll Do8

  • 3Clear drains, fix toilets, and replace water heaters, dealing with common plumbing issues.
  • 4Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage doors, restoring functionality.
  • 5Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call schedule, ensuring safety.
  • 6Perform snow removal and groundskeeping tasks, keeping the neighborhood safe and clean.
  • 7Paint, patch drywall, and handle carpentry tasks to maintain property appearance.
  • 8Track all work orders using smartphones and tablets, documenting actions taken.

Requirements8

  • 11 year of general maintenance experience, including HVAC and plumbing.
  • 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site duties.
  • 3High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4HVAC Certification (preferred).
  • 5Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • 6Apartment maintenance experience, including unit turns (preferred).
  • 7Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers for work order systems.
  • 8Capability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders for overhead repairs.
