What You'll Do10

  • 1Build detailed maintenance plans and execute scheduled and unscheduled tasks on rotary-wing and turbine aircraft to ensure airworthiness
  • 2Inspect airframes, powerplants, and related systems to identify wear and safety issues and document findings
  • 3Perform heavy maintenance and component repair or replacement in accordance with regulatory and internal standards
  • 4Read schematics, drawings, and manuals to diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions
  • 5Use personal tools to perform repairs and adjustments and verify results with follow-up inspections
  • 6Collaborate with A&P mechanics, avionics, sheet metal, and composites teams within a Part 145 repair station
  • 7Document all maintenance, inspections, and repairs per regulations and shop procedures
  • 8Support maintenance across multiple helicopter models including Agusta, Bell, Eurocopter, Airbus, and Sikorsky
  • 9Maintain a safe, organized work area following safety protocols and best practices
  • 10Communicate progress and status clearly with team leads and supervisors

Requirements10

  • 1At least 4 years of helicopter maintenance experience
  • 2Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
  • 3Proven experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance on helicopters
  • 4Strong mechanical aptitude in aircraft and helicopter repair
  • 5Experience with rotary-wing and turbine aircraft systems
  • 6Proficiency in maintenance, inspections, and repairs on airframe and powerplant components
  • 7Ownership and regular use of personal tools suitable for helicopter maintenance
  • 8Valid driver’s license
  • 9Ability to work effectively in a Part 145 repair station environment
  • 10Attention to detail and commitment to high safety and quality standards
