What You'll Do7

  • 1Research technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, and testing of aircraft components using company tools and ground equipment.
  • 2Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures such as wings and fuselage, including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
  • 3Tag and route removed units with proper identification, inspections, and forms, and log entries into the Component Removal Log.
  • 4Disassemble and inspect aircraft and engine parts for wear or defects.
  • 5Repair or replace defective engine parts, then reassemble and install engines in aircraft.
  • 6Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories.
  • 7Service aircraft by cleaning, greasing, moving parts, and checking brakes.

Requirements6

  • 1Airframe certification required.
  • 23–5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • 3Hands-on experience with commercial aircraft airframes in heavy maintenance, line maintenance, or MRO environments.
  • 4Experience working on wide-body aircraft.
  • 5Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
  • 6Familiarity with FAA regulations and maintenance manuals.
