What You'll Do5
- 1Own the AIUC-1 standard update process including deep research and incident monitoring to identify when revisions are needed
- 2Publish news and analyst commentary within 24 hours of major AI incidents ensuring team understanding before public disclosure
- 3Lead technical content development for blogs and channels translating research into credible writing for security leaders auditors and customers
- 4Track regulatory and threat landscapes updating control language and building partnerships with CSA OWASP and CRI communities
- 5Collaborate with 250+ consortium members to establish standards and shape organizational direction
Requirements11
- 13-8 years experience in global risk compliance auditing or AI research
- 2Excellent writing skills to communicate complex incidents and research findings clearly
- 3Comfort with technical frameworks such as SOC 2 ISO NIST audit methodologies or AI safety research
- 4Genuine curiosity about standards and AI failure modes with genuine interest in incident reports and research papers
- 5Ability to operate with speed and ambiguity developing perspectives without explicit direction
- 6Strong judgment to manage processes involving 250+ consortium members and external partners
- 7Operational excellence managing large-scale processes with diverse stakeholders
- 8Experience in high-pace environments like consulting or startups followed by transition to AI safety or governance
- 9Demonstrated ability to write or apply standards rather than merely reading them
