What You'll Do9
- 1Own the AIUC-1 standard update process including deep research and incident monitoring to identify when revisions are needed
- 2Publish news and analyst commentary within 24 hours of major AI incidents ensuring internal understanding before public release
- 3Develop technical blog content translating research and incident analysis into credible messaging for security leaders auditors and customers
- 4Track regulatory threats and red-team findings converting them into testable control language for enterprises
- 5Partner with CSA OWASP and CRI to strengthen the AIUC-1 ecosystem and accelerate standard adoption
- 6Collaborate with 250+ Fortune 1000 members managing processes involving global consortium stakeholders
- 7Translate complex research into clear fast actionable insights under tight deadlines
- 8Operate effectively in ambiguous environments taking initiative without explicit direction
- 9Demonstrate judgment with CISOs and technical researchers while maintaining operational excellence across large-scale initiatives
Requirements10
- 13-8 years experience in global risk compliance auditing or AI research
- 2Excellent writing skills to communicate complex topics clearly under pressure
- 3Fluency in at least one security framework such as SOC 2 ISO NIST audit methodology or AI safety research
- 4Genuine curiosity about AI failure modes and standards development driven by real interest
- 5Comfort working with speed ambiguity and unstructured environments
- 6Proven ability to influence CISOs general counsel and technical researchers
- 7Operational excellence managing processes with 250+ participants
- 8Nice to have experience in high-paced settings like consulting or startups before transitioning to AI safety
- 9Experience writing or applying standards rather than merely reading them
