What You'll Do11
- 1Architect and launch the world’s first AI Cyber Taskforce using autonomous agents for cybersecurity automation
- 2Design flagship AI agents that automate vulnerability management tasks for design customers
- 3Identify optimal datasets and develop data representations for AI system development
- 4Decompose enterprise security workflows into autonomous sub‑tasks for agent modeling
- 5Experiment with advanced reasoning and planning techniques to enable autonomous system evolution
- 6Build reusable LLM‑powered components for ranking retrieval and search automation
- 7Establish frameworks for training evaluating and stress‑testing ML systems
- 8Propose integration of cutting‑edge ML and Gen AI advancements into Cogent’s platform
- 9Foster a robust engineering culture through mentorship and team upleveling
- 10Contribute to Engineering Excellence Operational Excellence and recruiting initiatives
- 11Own and scale production‑grade AI solutions across multiple seasons
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading AI/ML projects in production environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience required
- 5Python proficiency essential
- 6React framework familiarity beneficial
- 7Kubernetes deployment expertise required
- 8BCBA certification advantageous
- 95+ years designing and deploying agentic systems
- 10Experience with reinforcement learning and NLP
- 11Familiarity with computer vision and large‑scale generative models
