Agentic AI Engineer LATTICOR
Overview
LATTICOR seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to supercharge engineering team efficiency using cutting edge agentic AI technology. You will architect systems enabling rapid high quality output while maintaining security and code quality. This role owns the SDLC design around autonomous agents operating at scale.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and build tooling harness evaluation loops review gates and context infrastructure for autonomous engineering operations
- 2Own context layer delivering right information to agents about codebase architecture and conventions
- 3Continuously evaluate models tools and techniques establishing fast evidence based adoption decisions
- 4Build checks ensuring machine authored code safe to ship with automated review testing strategy static analysis and human gates
- 5Design evaluation loops catching regressions in agent output before pull requests
- 6Enforce security and access controls through system not memory
- 7Instrument development process end to end establishing accurate throughput and quality metrics
- 8Identify bottlenecks and aggressively address them driving step changes in team throughput
- 9Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering raising tool usage ceilings through internal playbooks and teaching patterns
- 10Drive universal adoption of best practices with senior leadership through improvement not mandates
- 11Partner with CEO and Director of Engineering to graduate internal patterns into AI platform

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading autonomous agent initiatives
- 3CPC Card certified
- 4AWS Certified professional
- 5Python expertise
- 6Kubernetes experience
- 7React familiarity
- 8Ability to thrive in ambiguity without existing playbooks
- 9Self starter who operates autonomously sets priorities moves things forward without being asked
