Agentic AI Engineer will own mission-focused AI/ML solutions and agent-based systems at scale, partnering with government personnel to enable knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
What You'll Do9
- 1Build mission-driven AI/ML models and agentic AI workflows for CECOM and Army requirements with measurable impact within 90 days
- 2Design and implement Generative AI and multi-agent solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, and LangGraph
- 3Maintain data pipelines and dashboards including Power BI solutions and retrieval pipelines (RAG) for decision support
- 4Collaborate daily with government engineers to provide training moments and knowledge transfer
- 5Integrate LLMs securely with mission data, memory systems, vector search, and agent orchestration in compliance with cyber requirements
- 6Support cloud-native AI practices including MLOps/AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and responsible AI governance
- 7Produce documentation and sustainment plans to ensure long-term government ownership
- 8Coordinate with mission partners and stakeholders to align solutions with modernization objectives
- 9Translate functional or mission needs into technical solutions that meet security and performance requirements
Requirements6
- 14+ years delivering AI/ML solutions including at least 1 year with Generative AI or multi-agent systems
- 22+ years hands-on development using Python
- 31+ year building agentic systems using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, LangGraph or similar
- 4Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI/ML workloads
- 5Experience building ML workflows, data pipelines, automation processes, or analytics systems
- 6Active Secret Clearance; TS preferred
