Overview
Own the design and development of agentic AI solutions at scale with hands-on software engineering leadership. You will architect and implement AI-powered agents that reason, learn, and act in real time for complex enterprise use cases. Work with a cross functional team in a fast paced, onsite environment to deliver end to end features and platforms. This role emphasizes deep expertise in generative AI, LangChain, and large language models to drive practical business outcomes.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build agentic AI components and integrate with Python tooling to deliver end to end capabilities
- 2Design scalable AI agents and orchestration flows that reason and act autonomously, reducing manual intervention
- 3Lead development of generative AI features using LangChain and LLMs to improve decision quality
- 4Ship production ready components with robust testing, monitoring, and observability for on premise deployments
- 5Collaborate with data, product, and security teams to ensure compliant, reliable AI solutions

- 15+ years of software/AI engineering experience
