Overview
You will own the architecture, design, and implementation of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems that solve complex manufacturing challenges through autonomous reasoning. You will lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, building scalable platforms with LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI. This role drives enterprise AI strategy, delivering production-grade solutions that improve decision intelligence and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead architecture and implementation of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
- 2Drive development of AI agents for workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and operational optimization.
- 3Build scalable AI platforms with agent orchestration, memory management, and RAG integration.
- 4Develop reasoning, planning, and orchestration agents that improve business outcomes.
- 5Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases and translate them into production solutions.
- 6Establish LLMOps best practices covering governance, evaluation, and security.
- 7Architect enterprise AI platforms leveraging Azure AI, Databricks, Python, and vector databases.
- 8Optimize agent memory and knowledge graphs for contextual awareness.
- 9Lead proof-of-concept development and production deployments with measurable business value.
- 10Mentor engineers and stay hands-on with coding and architecture reviews.
Requirements8
- 17+ years in software engineering, data science, or AI.
- 23+ years building production-grade AI/ML solutions with Python.
- 33+ years developing Generative AI, Agentic AI, or RAG applications.
- 4Expertise in LLMs, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- 5Experience with Azure AI, Databricks, OpenAI, and LangGraph.
- 6Track record delivering enterprise-scale AI products from concept to production.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
- 8Strong communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
