AI Systems Engineer, Agentic AI & RAG
Overview
You will design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems. You will develop multi-agent orchestration workflows with LangGraph and LangSmith, and build RAG pipelines using Pinecone and Weaviate. You will deploy on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes, and own these systems through monitoring and optimization. This role requires hands-on engineering and close collaboration with data and product teams.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and deploy multi-agent orchestration workflows using LangGraph and LangSmith.
- 2Construct RAG pipelines that query enterprise data via Pinecone and Weaviate.
- 3Implement natural-language interfaces with FastAPI and React.
- 4Ship agents to production on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- 5Debug and optimize agent performance through LangSmith tracing and Prometheus metrics.
- 6Drive security and compliance for AI systems, including SOC 2 and HIPAA considerations.
- 7Scale system throughput and reduce latency by profiling with LangSmith and Grafana.
Requirements6
- 15+ years building production software with Python and TypeScript.
- 23+ years shipping LLM-based systems with LangChain or LangGraph.
- 32+ years working with AWS services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and ECS.
- 4solid understanding of Kubernetes and Helm for orchestrating containers.
- 5Experience with GraphQL and PostgreSQL for data modeling and API design.
- 6Familiarity with REST and WebSocket protocols for real-time agent communication.
