What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and repair mechanical and electronic systems and components to meet FAA standards
  • 2Perform precision soldering and assembly on circuit boards and control panels to ensure reliability
  • 3Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to verify functionality of subsystems
  • 4Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide assembly
  • 5Support R&D by reviewing new manuals and participating in training
  • 6Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in the shop
  • 7Mentor and assist in training new technicians
  • 8Conduct in process and final inspections in compliance with company standards
  • 9Collaborate with team to continuously improve soldering and assembly processes
  • 10Document work and maintain traceability for aerospace components

Requirements10

  • 1Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • 2Proficient in soldering and electronic assembly
  • 3Skilled in using measuring instruments and standard hand tools
  • 4Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
  • 5Basic understanding of motors, pneumatic valves, and lighting systems
  • 6Experience with circuit board repair and wiring
  • 7Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 8Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension)
  • 9Prefers experience working under a microscope for detailed soldering tasks
  • 10IPC certification(s) is a plus but not required
