Lead clinical and administrative operations for an adult outpatient mental health program in Taylor Michigan overseeing staff, patient care, and program performance at scale. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise clinical staff to deliver high quality, ethical services

- 5Monitor documentation data and reports and drive quality improvement initiatives

- 7Participate in meetings case consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 8Maintain strong communication with leadership and community partners
- 9Provide after hours crisis coverage as needed
- 10Work independently while collaborating with the broader behavioral health team
Requirements10
- 1Master's degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling
- 2Active Michigan license LMSW LPC LLP
- 3Minimum of 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- 4Experience providing individual family and group treatment
- 5Strong crisis management skills and clinical judgment
- 6Excellent written verbal interpersonal and organizational skills
- 7Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 8Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
- 9Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 10Ability to track clinical program data and maintain accurate records
