Overview
Lead nursing leadership at a 160-bed post-acute facility with strong clinical teams and a family atmosphere. Report to the DON, supervise direct nursing care and CNA activities, and ensure survey readiness and policy implementation. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead nursing operations under the DON to deliver high quality resident care
- 2Supervise CNA daily activities and direct nursing care to residents
- 3Support survey readiness, POC development, and policy implementation
- 4Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards
- 5Foster communication across clinical teams to maintain an engaged staff
- 6Participate in ongoing staff development and credentialing
- 7Assist with budgeting and resource planning to maintain care quality
- 8Support PRN opportunities within the PACS network as openings arise
- 9Collaborate with the administrative team to drive quality outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Active PA RN license in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Unit Manager ADON experience required
- 5Ability to maintain continuing education/licensing and stay compliant with Board requirements
