- 10Create and track VP2 invoices and purchase orders
- 11Coordinate hotel contracts and special occasion expenses
Requirements5
- 1Diploma or GED plus 5 years clerical experience
- 2Bachelor’s degree with 1 year administrative assistant experience
- 3Relevant education and experience may be substituted
- 4Experience at UT Austin preferred
- 5Prior GEAR UP or federal grant work preferred
