What You'll Do10

  • 1Coordinate administrative support functions across Student Success and Student Life departments including communication scheduling meeting logistics project tracking and records management
  • 2Independently manage executive calendars prepare agendas and meeting minutes while supporting divisional initiatives
  • 3Assist with financial processes budget tracking procurement and expense reporting through Concur systems
  • 4Coordinate travel arrangements conference registrations and expense reimbursements
  • 5Maintain confidential records and support divisional projects through detailed documentation and status reporting
  • 6Serve as primary administrative liaison representing executive leadership during daily operations
  • 7Prepare agendas and briefing materials for cabinet meetings and track follow-up items
  • 8Organize events and support annual university activities such as Commencement and Welcome Week
  • 9Monitor action items and reconcile procurement card transactions
  • 10Provide logistical support for division events and assist with onboarding new staff

Requirements10

  • 1Three to five years of progressive administrative support experience with proven ability to coordinate projects and meetings
  • 2Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems like Banner or Qualtrics
  • 3Proficiency in managing confidential information and handling sensitive data with discretion
  • 4Strong calendar management organization and prioritization skills
  • 5Ability to demonstrate commitment to university mission while delivering professional courteous service
  • 6Experience in higher education student affairs or academic administration preferred
  • 7Background in healthcare administration beneficial
  • 8Excellent written communication and customer service abilities
  • 9Demonstrated problem solving and judgment under pressure
  • 10Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine office tasks
