Overview
The Administrative Assistant III supports the Executive Director and faculty at Partners in Diversity. This hybrid role involves remote work with occasional Thursday onsite visits for training and activities. The position offers a competitive pay of $36.37 hourly and a duration of approximately 17-18 weeks. This role differs by focusing on diversity initiatives and providing direct support to leadership.
What You'll Do12
- 1Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Executive Director and institute faculty
- 2Attend regular meetings and prepare/update agendas; take and distribute meeting notes
- 3Support scheduling for 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and other ad-hoc discussions
- 4Set up and manage meeting technology (Zoom Teams projectors and audio systems)
- 5Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested
- 6Manage institute-wide software system SPARC implementation including project plans and stakeholder communications
- 7Oversee submission and review processes for PCORI Seed and HSIA grants
- 8Assist with writing proposals compile budgets and track program deliverables
- 9Facilitate mentorship program logistics including scheduling consultations and tracking hours
- 10Assist in promoting grant development training programs and workshops
- 11Coordinate logistics for annual training and REDCap workshops
- 12Develop and distribute program materials and follow-up surveys

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
