- 8Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- 9Coordinate logistics for site visits and vendor communications
- 10Assist in preparing financial reports and processing payroll tasks
- 11Foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 3 years of payroll or general administrative experience
- 21 year construction experience preferred
- 3High school diploma or GED required
- 4Strong working knowledge of JD Edwards payroll system module
- 5Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- 6Excellent attention to detail and flexibility for varied work locations
- 7Ability to work in various locations throughout the week
- 8Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct
- 9Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulatory requirements
