Overview
Own clerical support for the Director of Food & Nutrition Services at a K12 district level with regular office hours and on site operations. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain department calendars and schedule meetings for management
- 2Answer phones emails and inquiries to ensure timely client service
- 3Prepare agendas meeting minutes and presentations for leadership
- 4Process purchase orders invoices and vendor documentation with accuracy
- 5Maintain confidential personnel and student-related records
- 6Compile and analyze operational reports and support audits and compliance
- 7Coordinate training registrations and professional development activities
- 8Serve as liaison among schools vendors and district departments
- 9Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts and perform deposits and reconciliations
- 10Assist with staffing and labor relations tasks as needed
Requirements6
- 1Prior Google and Outlook platform knowledge
- 2Onsite full-time availability 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- 3Ability to maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information
- 4Experience processing vendor invoices and purchase orders
