- 3Run weekly ACH and wire payment batches in Oracle and NetSuite.
- 4Support month-end close by posting accruals and preparing AP aging reports.
- 5Audit travel and expense reports in Concur against IRS rules.
- 6Collaborate with procurement to automate P2P workflows.
- 7Prepare 1099 forms and ensure W-9 compliance.
- 8Identify duplicate payments and propose controls to reduce risk.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in full-cycle AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
- 2Hands-on with SAP or Oracle financials and Excel pivot tables.
- 3Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX controls.
- 4Ability to handle 1,000+ invoices per month.
- 5Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- 6Detail-oriented with 99% accuracy on data entry.
- 7Flexible to work overtime during month-end close.
