Overview

Our client seeks a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to ensure financial accuracy and support growth. This part-time role involves managing accounting functions and providing clear financial communication. It will become full-time later.

What You'll Do12

  • 1Maintain accurate financial records using ViewPoint/ProContractor and ProCore
  • 2Record and reconcile daily transactions including sales purchases receipts and payments
  • 3Manage accounts payable and receivable while ensuring timeliness
  • 4Prepare regular bank and account reconciliations for audit purposes
  • 5Code transactions and provide documentation for all entries
  • 6Prepare weekly monthly quarterly annual financial reports
  • 7Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • 8Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to management
  • 9Maintain organized audit-ready financial data
  • 10Coordinate with external partners for cash flow labor burden and tax preparation
  • 11Provide financial updates and summaries to management
  • 12Communicate financial processes and requirements internally

  • 3Strong understanding of accounting principles and managerial reporting
