What You'll Do10
- 1Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
- 2Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- 3Process invoices payments and expense reports
- 4Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- 5Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- 6Assist with preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation
- 7Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- 8Support payroll processing
- 9Implement automated tracking systems
- 10Train junior staff on accounting protocols
Requirements11
- 12 years bookkeeping experience in construction
- 2Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- 3Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 4Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- 75+ years experience preferred
- 8Familiarity with AWS services
- 9Certified in BCBA program
- 10Experience with Kubernetes platforms
- 11Knowledge of React frameworks
