Own revenue growth across Southern Michigan by driving B2B sales of instrumentation, filtration, and process equipment. What You'll Do5
- 1Grow revenue by managing strategic accounts and developing new business across Southern Michigan's automotive, chemical, refining, power, and wastewater sectors.
- 2Provide technical expertise on temperature, pressure, analytical, level, and flow instrumentation to support customer decisions.
- 3Develop proposals that pair technical specifications with business value, using a consultative sales approach.
- 4Maintain CRM accuracy to track pipeline and manage a multi-site customer portfolio.
- 5Travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and relationship building.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 25+ years in B2B industrial sales within automotive, chemical, refining, power, or wastewater industries.
- 35+ years selling temperature, pressure, analytical, level, or flow instrumentation or process equipment.
- 4Experience in combustion controls is a plus.
- 53+ years managing strategic, multi-site accounts.
- 6Proven success in consultative selling and technical proposal development.
- 7Track record of landing new accounts and expanding market share.
- 8Executive-level relationship building skills with strong communication and organization.
