Academic Program Coordinator, Education & Health Administration at SEU
Overview
BA/BS in any related field with 2-3 years of experience coordinates education program logistics for Education, Criminal Justice, Business and Health Administration departments. You will support faculty, students, and off-campus partnerships, managing calendars, events, and communications across SEU and partner sites. This role sits on campus in New York and offers opportunities to contribute to program operations and student success.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage calendars, coordinate meetings, order supplies, and arrange rooms for events and programs
- 2Maintain and modify documents such as letters, memos, handbooks, and spreadsheets with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- 3Respond to students' questions and requests pertaining to their programs
- 4Coordinate admissions processes for multiple departments and maintain relationships with off-campus liaisons
- 5Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects as assigned by Program Chairs or the Dean
- 6Recommend changes to office procedures or practices to improve efficiency
- 7Coordinate relationships with county, community university partners, and clinical sites as needed
- 8Assist with contract arrangements and logistics with off-campus partners
- 9Maintain program-related communications and documentation across departments
- 10Support faculty and students to ensure smooth program operations
Requirements5
- 1BA/BS required in any related field
- 2Two to three years of experience required
- 3Superior skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, multitask, and set priorities
