What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and diagnose high-end repairs on American and Asian vehicles using factory-level diagnostics and Identifix tools

  • 3Design efficient service workflows that maintain quality while delivering results within monthly vehicle targets
  • 4Own the escalation process for complex issues, ensuring timely, precise resolutions on a high-volume shop floor
  • 5Scale knowledge through ongoing technical training and certification reimbursement to stay ahead of industry standards
