Overview
You will own vehicle diagnostics and repairs at Yes! Automotive, a high-volume service provider with 5 Houston locations placing you by fit and commute. You'll work in a clean, modern shop equipped with the tools you need, supported by service advisors who sell your work and a team that handles DVI paperwork. What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- 2Perform brake, suspension, and engine repairs with speed and precision
- 3Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled maintenance per OEM specs
- 4Inspect vehicles for additional repair needs and report findings to service advisors
- 5Maintain a clean and organized work bay to ensure safety and efficiency
- 6Document all work performed and parts used in the shop management system
- 7Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex electrical and drivability issues
- 8Communicate with customers and team members to ensure first-time fixes
Requirements7
- 15+ years in automotive repair, including engine and transmission work
- 2Master or A-Level certification from ASE or equivalent
- 3Valid Driver's License with clean record
- 4Proven track record of high-quality repairs and accurate diagnostics
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean work
- 7Willingness to work full-time, including Saturdays, at assigned Houston location
