Requirements10
- 15+ years of CNC milling experience with significant setup responsibility
- 2Proven ability to independently set up jobs from start to finish
- 3Strong understanding of workholding tooling selection and offset programming
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- 5Experience with precision measuring instruments and first article inspection
- 6Ability to independently troubleshoot machining and quality issues
- 7Experience with aerospace defense or heavy industrial machining
- 8Familiarity with FANUC controls
- 9Exposure to AS9100 or ISO quality systems
- 10Previous experience training or mentoring machinists
