What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute CNC programs using Fanuc G code to produce precision parts
- 2Read technical blueprints and review customer specifications
- 3Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- 4Load tools and perform tool changes during production runs
- 5Inspect finished components and adjust machining parameters as needed
- 6Train new operators on equipment setup and safety protocols
- 7Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
- 8Collaborate with engineering teams to develop efficient machining solutions
- 9Implement process improvements to increase machine efficiency
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controllers
- 23-5 seasons managing high-volume production environments
- 3Fanuc G code proficiency for CNC programming tasks
- 4Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- 5Tool management including tool selection and sharpening
- 6Measurement verification using calipers and other metrology tools
- 7Certification in AWS Certified cloud services preferred
- 8Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical expertise
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- 10Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Salary Insight
$42 - $62k per year
