- 10Follow childcare licensing regulations safety procedures policies
- 11Drive scaling of care services across multiple school sites
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2Minimum one year experience working with children in childcare center school camp recreation program church similar environment
- 3Ability to pass all required background checks Texas Child Care Licensing
- 4Reliable transportation supporting nine Katy ISD locations within twelve miles
- 5Strong communication teamwork organizational skills
- 6Ability to actively supervise children indoors outdoors
- 7Preferred experience working with school-age children
- 8Preferred experience working with children with special needs
- 9CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- 10Bilingual English Spanish a plus
