Working Site Superintendent, Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Overview
Own and supervise interior home remodel projects at scale, primarily kitchen and bathroom renovations. You will manage job sites with employees, trade partners, and homeowners from start to finish. You will partner with business owners to ensure customer satisfaction, scheduling, and quality workmanship. This role offers hands on leadership, ownership of field operations, and a path to greater responsibility in a growing remodeling company.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead on site safety, quality, and client communication to ensure on time and on budget project delivery
- 2Coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, and suppliers to align with the project schedule
- 3Manage daily logs, photos, invoices, and change orders in BuilderTrend
- 4Create and adjust project schedules in advance and as production realities emerge
- 5Obtain client change order approvals and progress payments while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- 6Supervise and troubleshoot on site, reschedule subs, and resolve issues
- 7Ensure professional appearance and customer experience through all interactions
- 8Drive efficient use of time, labor, and materials across each project
- 9Review and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
- 10Support warranty work coordination and post project follow up
Requirements10
- 14+ years experience in rough and finish carpentry and other areas of residential construction
- 22+ years in measuring and installing cabinetry
- 3Knowledge of demolition, framing, basic HVAC Elec Plumbing, drywall hanging, painting, flooring, finish carpentry
- 4Ability to read plans, problem solve, and troubleshoot on site
- 5Must pass drug test and background check, hold a valid driver’s license and have own tools
- 6Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb, stand, and perform physical tasks
- 7Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail
- 8Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with homeowners and subcontractors
- 9BuilderTrend experience preferred
- 10Bilingual in Spanish a plus
