What You'll Do10
- 1Lead on-site crews and foremen to meet daily tasks and timelines
- 2Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
- 3Interpret blueprints and ensure adherence to project scope
- 4Manage project budgets, track expenses, and minimize overruns
- 5Oversee installation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and concrete
- 6Perform site inspections to maintain quality standards
- 7Provide clear client communication on progress and milestones
- 8Lead scheduling for internal staff and subcontractors
- 9Complete final punch lists with precision and attention to detail
- 10Troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on track
Requirements10
- 15+ years in construction or remodeling with crew management and scheduling experience
- 2Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments
- 5Valid Arizona driver license with clean driving record
- 6PM certifications such as PMP a plus
- 7Experience with JobTread or similar PM software a plus
- 8Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- 9Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- 10Willingness to work 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday with some Fridays/weekends as needed
