What You'll Do11
- 1Perform equipment installation and verify proper operation to manufacture specifications
- 2Review evaluate resolve machine problems at customer sites or via phone with limited supervision
- 3Assume responsibility and exercise independent judgment to diagnose and resolve customer issues
- 4Provide training to customers on machinery optimization and usage
- 5Document and communicate ideas strategies problems solutions verbally and in writing
- 6Prepare written service reports and supporting documentation
- 7Travel frequently to customer locations requiring valid driver's license
- 8Demonstrate and train customers on newly installed machines
- 9Work independently using judgment to determine customer problems
- 10Maintain customer confidence in MC Machinery products
- 11Obtain passport if needed for travel
Requirements11
- 1Valid driver's license
- 2Comfortable presenting to small groups for demonstrations
- 3Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- 4Strong customer service understanding
- 5Positive attitude drive to excel
- 6High school diploma required
- 7Associate's degree in electronics or mechanical vocation preferred
- 8Excellent physical ability including bending twisting standing speaking hearing kneeling
- 9Repetitive hand use squeezing keyboarding crouching
- 10Frequent lifting 1-10 pounds recurrent 11-20 occasional 21-50 pounds
- 11Constant pushing pulling 1-50 pounds with handcarts infrequent >50 pounds
