- 3Qualify, calibrate, and establish preventive maintenance strategies for welding systems
- 4Act as technical lead for weld quality establishing inspection methods acceptance criteria and NDT requirements
- 5Conduct weld failure investigations and document results for audit compliance
- 6Provide hands-on coaching and develop training programs for weld operators
- 7Support operator qualification and certification processes
- 8Drive improvements in TIG robotic and orbital welding techniques
- 9Ensure regulatory compliance and cleanroom compatibility standards
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate manufacturing processes
- 11Mentor junior technicians and senior welders

- 1Expertise in TIG welding robotic welding and orbital welding
- 2Certified Welding Inspector CWI and AWS certification
