What You'll Do9
- 1Provide exceptional member service by listening actively and building rapport using Listen First skills
- 2Greet members warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility
- 3Conduct member tours and answer inquiries about programs and facilities
- 4Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- 5Enforce YMCA policies and ensure safety protocols are followed
- 6Assist with emergency preparedness and respond to urgent situations
- 7Collaborate with team members to cover shifts and complete assigned tasks
- 8Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to cleaning standards
- 9Communicate YMCA policies clearly to both members and staff
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in dynamic environments
- 3Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes architectures
- 4Certified in CPC Card and BCBA credentials
- 5Demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
