What You'll Do11
- 1Promote YMCA core values and character development in all program activities
- 2Assist members on the wellness floor and uphold safety standards
- 3Monitor equipment condition and report necessary repairs
- 4Keep exercise equipment clean and organized
- 5Respond to member questions and build strong relationships within the facility
- 6Promote personal training and other YMCA programs
- 7Maintain knowledge of wellness trends to provide effective member support
- 8Follow YMCA policies and handle emergency situations
- 9Report suspicious behavior and policy violations
- 10Meet deadlines and support system-related tasks
- 11Attend mandatory trainings and meetings
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPR First Aid AED certifications Child Abuse prevention training
- 3Ability to read interpret retain and teach safety rules and procedures
- 4Strong mathematical skills for calculations and reasoning
- 5Experience with diverse populations
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Physical stamina to stand walk talk and lift up to 100 pounds
- 8Adequate vision and hearing for monitoring environment and participants
- 9Commitment to confidentiality and child safety
- 10Demonstrated ability to work in outdoor conditions and maintain a drug free environment
