What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct blower door tests to measure air leakage
- 2Air seal attics and wall cavities using foam and weather-stripping
- 3Perform combustion safety testing on heating equipment

- 5Diagnose duct leaks with proper sealing methods
- 6Document pre and post retrofit energy conditions
- 7Coordinate with HVAC and electrical teams for integrated projects
- 8Explain energy savings to clients and answer technical questions
- 9Complete all required utility documentation
- 10Maintain detailed records and meet deadlines
Requirements8
- 1Wx certification preferred
- 25+ years experience in building envelope retrofits
- 3Proficiency with hand-held diagnostic tools
- 4Ability to handle physical workload
- 5Detail oriented with strong paperwork skills
- 6Deadline driven mindset
- 7Experience with residential and commercial projects
- 8Understanding of energy performance improvement principles
